Rescue
Fairview Fire and Rescue has a rescue company that is certified by the Department of Health under the Voluntary Rescue Service program. This carries a variety of equipment to assist with vehicle rescue which includes the “Jaws of Life” Holmatro hydraulic tools, air bag systems and everything we need to rescue someone entrapped from an accident. We also carry equipment for numerous other types of rescue called technical rescues which include ropes, trenches and confined space operations.
